2019-2020 Back to School Information
In order to prepare for the upcoming school year you can use this page to find the latest information on everything back to school! 

Below you can find information on Fact & Fee days that will begin August 1st. We ask that you please stick to this schedule. If you cannot make it during this time, you may stop by the main office on the first day of school to complete the fact & fee process. You will also find information on the paperwork requirements for new and returning students. 

All students will be mailed home a packet within the first two weeks of June. This packet will contain the required paperwork for the 2019-2020 school year and a pre-addressed, stamped envelope for returning it to Allegro. 

Fact & Fee Days
We ask that families stick to the fact & fee schedule to eliminate congestion during these times. If you have multiple students here at Allegro in differing grades, please come on August 7 between 1 and 3 PM. If you miss an earlier day in the week, you may also come August 7 between 1 and 3 PM. 

If you cannot make any of the times below you may take care of the fact & fee business on the first day of school. 

To ensure that your time at your Fact & Fee day is used efficiently, we ask that you complete the back to school paperwork that is mailed home in early June and return it to the school as soon as possible. If this information is not returned or missing information, you will be required to do so before getting class schedules.

New Student Information

New student packets will be mailed home beginning June 5, 2019. The information in this packet is required to be mailed back to the school by June 27, 2019. The information required to be turned in and completed is as follows: 

1. Online Registration Form: This can be accessed through the School Choice Portal. This does not need to be printed, merely filled out online. 

2. A copy of the student's birth certificate

3. A copy of the student's Immunization Record

4. Completed Contact Information Update Form with 2 proofs of residency (residency requirement information is attached to this form)

5. Completed Emergency Contact Information form 

6. Completed Special Considerations Form

7. Completed Release of Student Information to Media Form

8. Completed Emergency Medical Form (this will be on cardstock and has two sides)

*Failure to complete these steps by June 27, 2019 could affect your students enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year*

Returning Student Information

Returning students should receive their back-to-school packets sometime the second week of June. This packet will contain your report card, the required paperwork for the upcoming school year, and a pre-addressed, stamped envelope to return paperwork to Allegro. 

We ask that this paperwork is completed in its entirety and returned to Allegro via the envelope included or hand delivery. Please do not email these documents. Please return this paperwork as soon as possible. 

All students will be required to complete a residency update this year. Your packet will contain the appropriate paperwork and helpful hints for this.
